The Teacher Support program aims to enhance teachers' professional skills and classroom
performance
through training, re-training, and recognition.
Training and re-training build confidence, reinforce subject knowledge, and improve teaching
practices, leading to better learning outcomes for students. Recognizing exceptional teachers
boosts
their morale and encourages continued excellence.
India Humanity Foundation (IHF) has trained 2,30,764 teachers across India, significantly
improving
teaching quality and reaching an estimated 7 million children.
Under this program, 50,057 educators have been honoured with the "Nation Builder Award" for
their
outstanding contributions to education and student development.
