IHF’s E-learning program used technology to enhance education in under-resourced schools. By
setting
up
Smart Classrooms and providing curriculum-based digital content, we aimed to bridge the digital
divide.

In partnership with NCERT, our content featured on the national PM E-Vidya platform, reaching
over
50,000 schools through TV and D2H channels. This initiative has brought digital learning to
millions
of
students particularly in the north eastern states of India e.g. Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram,
Nagaland
and
Sikkim.

In 2022, NCERT received the UNESCO Award for its PM E-Vidya content aired during the COVID-19
lockdown.
